Loyd Consulting Group is an innovative risk leadership consultancy helping their clients generate breakthrough business performance by sustainably embedding a risk leadership mindset throughout the enterprise. Loyds’ approach builds on proven risk management principles, enabling organizations to grow by taking the right risk, making the right decisions, for the right reasons at the right speed.
I feel privileged to lead Loyd and work with their clients - says Marischa. This is a unique time for most of us. Once the worst of this COVID-19 crisis is behind us, the question is not ' How do we get back to normal? ' . The question must be ' How can we make it better than before? '
Organizations should not make incremental changes but instead, raise the bar and take a stand to deliver truly exceptional performance. When doing this, uncertainties will naturally arise, and levels of risk increase. But by fostering a risk management culture, leaders will enable their entire organization to navigate these steps with insight, trust and wisdom. We see increasing levels of sharing and caring across the globe, uplifted by a stronger understanding of our interconnectedness. This open approach is essential to building a collaborative and inclusive risk leadership culture that goes beyond the C-Suite, creating value across an enterprise. That is precisely what Loyds’ technology and consultants bring to their clients.’
